Garrett Gwin, MA, LMFTA, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in North Carolina and the founder, owner, and clinical director of Breconshire Group Family Therapy in Raeford. He provides teletherapy to individuals and couples anywhere in North Carolina by secure video. Garrett works from a solution-focused, strengths-based, systemic approach: people are the authors of their own stories, and therapy is a collaborative process of identifying strengths, setting clear goals, and building practical strategies. He works with family conflict, relationship and work stress, coping skills, burnout, caregiver strain, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, Garrett's career spanned the United States Army, civilian government, and federal government — experience that gives him a firsthand understanding of military families, first responders, and public servants, along with the discipline it takes to make real change. He holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. Breconshire Group is a cash-pay practice (no insurance): $50 per individual session, $65 per couples session, with a free 15-minute initial consultation.
